1. Dekmantel

If you’re into electronic music, Dekmantel is for you! Unlike many other music festivals, Dekmantel avoids popular names or gimmicks and instead rewards artists who take risks.

2. iHeart Radio Music Festival

This yearly festival hosted in a city that never sleeps (LAS VEGAS, BABY!) is known for showcasing some of the hottest current talent! 3. Tomorrowland

13 years ago Tomorrowland came ALIVE!!!!. It’s known for bringing people together from across the globe! Each year, its huge main stage designs and cool light work attracts DJs you only dream about watching perform. It’s basically the Disney world version of a magical land but for adults!

4. Meadows in the Mountains

This fest is unlike any of the other festivals listed above. It’s next level, kind of literally (YOU’RE ON A GODDAMN MOUNTAIN!) Basically, you’re way up in the Rhodope Mountains and encounter a mix of sustainability, community and jaw-dropping scenery! How cool is that?! Like…can we just look at it! It SCREAMS ‘spiritual and euphoric experience’!

5. Montreux Jazz Festival

This fest first started in 1967 and it’s been held every year since then, making it one of the very oldest festivals in existence. It’s one of those veteran festivals that can brag about hosting performers like B.B. King, Nina Simone, Bob Dylan and even Queen!

6. Hellfest Open Air Festival

By the name, I’m sure you can guess that it’s mostly geared to people who enjoy metal. So if you’re into extreme metal to punk rock, this is totes for you. In fact, it even showcases every sub-genre in between, too! Be ready to have one hell of a good time. Literally.

Kk, hear me out. Ski by day, dance by night, HOW AMAZING DOES THAT SOUND? It’s got a mix of outdoor and indoor venues who host an incredible lineup of artists on the slopes.

8. Mad Cool Festival

This baby festival (not actually a festival for babies, more so that this fest is only a few years old), Mad Cool has gotten INCREDIBLY popular and has gotten immense clout in the last few years. The lineups are packed full of A+ artists!

9. Creamfields

A classic electronic festival that gained its popularity in the ’90s (kinda like beanie babies, I guess; man, do I miss the ’90s!). Over 70,000 people go to this festival every year to watch a diverse group of top-tier artists grace up to 30 stages with their presence over a 4-day weekend! How WILD does that sound?

10. Roskilde

The story of Roskilde starts way back in 1971 when a couple of kids who were up to no good, started making trouble in my neighb-, just kidding. But seriously, a couple of highschool kids decided they wanted their own hippy festival, like Woodstock. And lo and behold, they f***ing did it. Now a well-known and well-respected festival, it’s become a once in a life-time experience!

11. Glastonbury

This festival is a goddamn bar-setter. It hosts some of the biggest artists in music on its iconic Pyramid Stage, this festival is FULL of surprises, including an underground Piano Bar! YOOOOOOO.

12. Nuits Sonores

This underground electronic music festival is the hub for forward-thinking artists so its lineup and music is different and new each year which is what gives it its awesome charm!
